Ceri has been a devoted practitioner in mindfulness for over a decade. Passionate about helping people fully inhabit their truest selves, she completed the Den 400 hour Teacher Training in early 2018.
Ceri is also a certified Reiki practitioner, a certified Mindfulness instructor, and a Guided Imagery Specialist for children. Ceri is committed to helping students cultivate present moment awareness in order to live life more fully, and to fully embrace their inner worth. She continues to deepen her own studies with intensive retreats and courses.
Chandresh Bhardwaj is an author, spiritual advisor, and speaker. His bestseller book and podcast, Break the Norms: Questioning Everything You Think You Know About God and Truth, Life and Death, Love and Sex, presents thought-provoking ideas on how we perceive relationships, spirituality, and other important aspects of life. Chandresh hails from a lineage of spiritual healers in India spanning over seven generations. He combines ancient wisdom with a modern approach to spirituality. Chandresh is a disciple of his father, His Holiness Shri Chamunda Swami, who is a universally recognized authority in spirituality. His grandfather gave him the name Chandresh, which means ‘Master of Consciousness’.
Sharon Brock is an LA-based, certified Mindfulness Facilitator, trained at the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center. She is also a trained teacher of UCSD’s research-based course: Mindful Self Compassion. Sharon studied Biopsychology as an undergrad at UCSB, and has two master’s degrees in Education (UCSB) and Journalism (Columbia University). She is also the author of the book The LOVEE Method: 5 Mindful Steps to Emotional Resilience, launching Spring 2021, where she shares how her mindfulness practice helped her to overcome a life-threatening health crisis. Combining Eastern yoga and meditation philosophies with Western neuroscience and biopsychology research, Sharon teaches mindfulness from the intersection of science and spirituality. Sharon teaches mindfulness courses online, at corporations and meditation studios, and with private clients as a mindfulness coach.
Jeremy is trained and certified as an Akashic Records Advanced Practitioner, Usui Reiki Master, and former Student Minister. His educational background is a BA in Theater Arts, Minor BA in Psychology. He has also worked with The Actor’s Institute Mastery Workshop in New York City, his native home.
In his 20 years of service he has merged the lessons learned as a spiritual leader and healer with his continued studies and understanding of Energy Healing, Intuitive Readings, and Life Coaching. Jeremy empowers people to separate their identities from their traumas and reclaim their lives. He facilitate with creating safe & sacred spaces in which to rediscover, fall in love with, and commit to your new self.
Carolyn Coleridge, LCSW, has been a psychotherapist, Intuitive and Healer for 20 years. She was an energy healer at UCLA Pediatric Pain program and also a Faculty member. She has incorporated spirituality and energy awareness at a Major HMO in an Intensive Outpatient Program. She has appeared on CNN and Chrisely Knows Best. She has helped many to find their purpose by listening to their own intuition. Her Book Honor Your Spirit is out on Amazon.
Laurie Cousins has a B.A. in Psychology, is a certified mindfulness facilitator through UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center and certified in Mindful Self-Compassion and Mindfulness-based Relapse Prevention through UCSD’s Center for Mindfulness. She is a research associate and co-creator of the Mindful Parent Support program at UCLA’s Child & Adolescent Mood Disorders Program. Laurie is a lead teacher for Susan Kaiser Greenland’s Inner Kids Program and teaches Mindfulness in Education. She specializes in working with youths, adults, and families affected by stress, trauma, and addictive behaviors. Laurie is passionate about helping people heal and embracing their authenticity through self-acceptance, compassion, resiliency, and joy.
Sophia Knapp is a musician and natural Clairvoyant dedicated to helping people switch on the magic in their lives through the Esoteric arts and world of Tarot. She’s a native Californian, and her psychic lineage traces back to 19th century Sweden. She maintains a thriving private practice, reading cards for A-list celebrities and at events for clients such as Instagram, Soho House, Urban Decay, Hulu, and P.F. Candle Co. She has brought her sessions to Mercado Sagrado, Spiritweavers, Ace Hotel, and the Outlander series launch party. Sophia has a fine art degree from The Cooper Union School of Art. Her background as a touring musician also contributes to her insight and unique perspective. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Heather has made Los Angeles her home for over 15 years. Coming from a background in the Fashion Industry, Reiki Healing became part of her life several years ago. However, it was only after completing Reiki I and a life altering love event in her personal life that she decided to pursue Reiki further in order to heal herself. Interest in healing others soon followed and prompted her to focus on new endeavors using wellness as her point of view. She has since become a Reiki Healer, Meditation Guide, Animal Reiki Healer and Intuitive Styling Architect. Jay is originally from Frankfurt, Germany and started his yogic path in 2008 by extensively studying the practice of Kundalini Yoga, which is considered the most comprehensive of all yogas and is called “Yoga of Awareness”. He was trained by Gurmukh, Tej, Harijiwan and Gurushabd (Goldenbridge Yoga, Hollywood) which are the most influential Kundalini Yoga Masters in the world to date. As a certified Kundalini Yoga & Meditation teacher he currently gives classes at the exclusive Jonathan Club, Nine Treasures Yoga and private one-on-one and group sessions throughout Los Angeles. His heart warming and uplifting classes encourage students to rediscover their own inner power, mental strength and self-awareness while releasing and healing deep seeded blocks and unwanted stress.
Nia is an innate healer who has trained in a variety of healing arts over the years to increase her knowledge of healing and self-expansion. With a compassionate heart, she endeavors to guide her students back into their place of power and knowing who they truly are, what they’re capable of, and how they can live their most thriving life. Heather Prete is a UCLA certified Mindfulness facilitator, Self-Compassion teacher, and Mindfulness in Recovery coach. She began her formal training with Tibetan Compassion practices in 1998 and has received instruction in the U.S. and Asia. Heather spent time training PhDs at the Tarzana Treatment center and working as a guiding teacher for Mindful School’s online adult courses (which were featured in Time magazine’s cover story, “The Mindful Revolution”). She also worked with those in recovery at Alternatives Treatment Center, Westside Treatment, and BLVD Centers. Heather also spent 20 years in the theater. She is published in the book Remembering Arthur Miller and has been featured in The Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times, Time magazine, and Times of India. Since mindfulness transformed her own creative process, she’s worked with actors through the Khan Institute to teach her program, “Mindfulness for the Actor.” Since 2000, Heather has remained committed to yearly retreats ranging from seven to 30 days in length and has completed three teacher trainings.
Tal Rabinowitz is founder & CEO of DEN Meditation and host of DENtalks Podcast. She knows a thing or two about the importance of maintaining perspective, finding clarity, and staying true to one’s heart when handling a chaotic life. Danika was introduced to Reiki at a very young age by her mother who was a Reiki Master. Spirit medicine and meditation were woven into her consciousness from the very beginning. Danika went on to become a Reiki Master herself as well as a teacher, sound healer, certified meditation guide, and yoga instructor. Shazi Usman (born and raised in Hawai’i) is a professional health and life coach, retreat leader, actor, and certified yoga teacher with over 1,000 hours of training. May Yeung attended her first vinyasa flow yoga class in 2000 with her husband Adam with the intention of supporting him through his chronic back pain. In 2013 after practicing for 13+ years, May was inspired to enroll in a 200 hour teacher training to broaden her knowledge of the philosophy and history of yoga, human anatomy, and to advance her physical asana practice. Restorative yoga especially had provided her time to reflect and help with inward healing to cope with personal and family health issues. With a desire to impart to others what she had learned, May became certified to teach restorative yoga with a focus to help busy professional women like herself achieve a sense of calm while giving them the permission to “let go.” May’s favorite 5 “R’s” to teach her students: Restore, Relax, Rejuvenate, Reconnect, Renew. In her mission to continue to support others learn to “pause,” May recently completed her Yin yoga certification.
