For the next 21 days for 5 minutes a day learn how meditation can improve all aspects of your life. This course is suitable for anyone who would like a quick meditation boost and particularly helpful for beginners who have heard about the benefits of meditation practice for anxiety but have not been able to commit to a practice because boredom and wandering mind arises.
