Akashic Reiki

Receive Akashic and Reiki healing energy as you are guided through a meditation that helps you release and relax into a state of deep peace. Reiki is universal life force energy that has been shown to relieve depression, anxiety, insomnia, pain, and more. When one receives Reiki their brain moves into an alpha state of deep relaxation. Akashic energy carries unconditional love, wisdom, and assistance from our guides, angels, and source, or from that which we equate those energies too. It opens us to the “all possible” and the paradoxical nature of the oneness, which in turn expands our consciousness. You can have any belief system to receive these healing energies and you do not need to have any previous meditation experience. Relax, release, and receive during this weekly class.

Breathwork & Visualization

Radiate from the inside + out with this 3-step transformative class. First, you’ll be guided through an in-depth body scan to ignite all of your cells for deep healing. You’ll then be led through a 15-minute breathwork session to clear your energy and release any stuck emotions. Lastly, you’ll receive a guided visualization to amplify your magnetism and manifest your deepest desires. Each class will be different and will be part of a monthly series revolving around a specific theme to grow, glow, and thrive!

Hypno-Journey

You will cultivate positive emotions and a deep state of relaxation in this guided imagery meditation class. HYPNO-Journey will help you discover your own place within and connect you to your wise inner-guide, to help you step in to your confidence. This deep guided meditation will help you change your relationship to certain situations.
Those who have never done hypnosis before will find this gentle and accessible, actually many Buddhist teachers use imagery in their mediations as well. And those who are experienced meditators will love how deep this helps them go.

Mayan Akashic Sound

This is a magical, deeply relaxing meditative sound journey combining sacred healing instruments and multidimensional energies from the healing waters of Bacalar, Mexico. Kait will channel a powerful combination of spirit from the Mayan Forces of Light, the Akasha, Egyptian and Hindu Deities bringing you back into alignment with your authentic self while helping you release repressed energies that are stuck energetically in your chakra’s. Mediumship

A meditative practice derived from the science of Consciousness, Life, and Death. This meditation was created to help you develop your Mediumship gifts from zero. Self Compassion

Deepening the compassion you have for yourself and others allows you to cultivate a space of internal acceptance, happiness, and peace. Self-compassion practice retrains the harsh inner critic into a compassionate inner ally. It is the antidote to despair and unworthiness. Research shows that self-compassion builds resiliency, motivation, contentment and helps us avoid destructive patterns of negativity, isolation, and fear. Learn how to respond to difficulty with kind awareness that helps soothe restlessness, feeling hurt, and restores a sense of wellbeing and empowerment.

Tantra Meditation

This 30 minute Tantra Meditation is for all levels – from beginners to advanced practitioners. In this class, you will explore with breathwork, mudras, mantras, the yoga sutras, and tantric philosophy. You will be lovingly guided to ground yourself in the present moment, to calm the fluctuations of the mind, and to connect with your own true nature. In the process – per the authentic, sacred tradition of Tantra as it developed in India – you will also activate your chakras (“energy wheels”), purify your nadis (“energy channels”), and feel more love in your life.
